Where in the world is Sonia Kruschev?

I recently added a flash site template to my Flashden.net folio and it seems to be selling quite well which is great. However I can’t ignore the fact that like most Flash sites it probably won’t be easily discovered by Google. With SEO being forefront in peoples minds nowadays when creating even the most simple website I thought I should attempt to do something about it.

So I have set up a test on my own server. There is a version of my mbudm#001 template here, and in the Our Team page of the About Us section there is a blurb about Sonia Kruschev – an Operations Team Leader. If you do a search for “Sonia Kruschev” in Google it currently comes up with 0 results.

The version of mbudm#001 on my server is a bit different to the one on FlashDen. It uses a php page which loads up the same XML as the flash file, and this XML data is displayed to any user agent that doesn’t have JavaScript enabled…. namely Google.

This blog post has exposed Ms Kruschev to the world. I’ll keep checking Google over the next few weeks to see if the world has taken notice.
